GDD 200 Final WalkThrough
These are my levels for my final, they are basically just reach the end, and continue onto the next level. the first level is just a platformer, that i created with tidy tile mapper. Although it uses the first person controller to help the player navigate the jumps. the second level is just a maze, that is very simple. It utilizes the third person controller, with the follow camera. At first i used the third person camera with the first level but the way the level was laid out. the camera was getting stuck inside the tiles. As for my final i used the terrain tool to create a desert like level, and the final objective is to find the gun that i modeled for 202.

2D RPG week 4
this is my new monster area in which the player walks through the path that lays before them to reach the boss monster, also the player can reach the bonus chest if they want to be over an over achiever
finished 2D RPG/ walkthrough
this is the intro to my game in which you play the main heroine Vi. Throughout the game i like to give accents of pink and grey to give it a more urban feel. I even changed the grass color to be more like pavement in a city, i also changed the trees to be lamp posts just like in cities.
the player will leave the starting house to come upon a man with purple exclamation mark over his head signifying he has a quest/mission for the player. the player will then talk to the old man, who is looking for his wife who hasn't returned from the forest.
the player has two options in which direction they want to travel to search for the old mans wife, and i highly suggest that the player gets Vi' mega punch before going down the dirt road. So the player should go to the right by the guards, to obtain gems and getting their other moves/weapons.
this is the next area in which the player can get some gems to obtain their mega punch to deal massive damage to their enemies, this is the starting monster area in which the payer can get accustomed to how the game plays. also the lamp posts will guide the player in which way they have to go to into the forrest.
#theFIRSTbossFIGHT. ok now back to buisness. this is the first fight in which the player doesnt find the old guys wife, but instead find a giant radioactive monster which has more than double the normal monsters health. this will send the player to the other section in the bottom of the town, that is lead by an ominous dirt road.
this is the next level in which bosses are giant and have more health than the other bosses. they are also a little faster than the first boss. in addition to the normal giants that roam the forrest i added a larger bat in which the character will have a little bit of trouble with the giant bat

2D RPG game Modifications 1
Here is my game in which i used my game character sprites as well as the enemy bats to be robots that shock you when they attack the player. i changed the grass color to be gray like a pavement, as if she was in an urban setting. i changed the roof color to to give the house a weird futuristic feel. also i changed the windows to be a pane glass instead of old style with a wood frame. also i changed the trees to be lamp posts to give more urban feel to the game.

2D RPG Starter Kit proposal
modifications to the game would be the way the character looks, as well as the amount of gold earned per minion kill will be reduced so that players can't get the best weapons from a few minion kills. As well as hiding the best weapon in a much harder section of the game, in which the player can only survive after getting a better starting weapon. Also i would like to give the players the ability to give themselves armor to take some of the damage from the mobs. also i would like to make a new enemy that can shoot projectiles at the player.
